We offer free shipping on all orders over $200.

Each set is carefully packed by hand to ensure safe arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos and we will gladly replace it.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used candles. If you experience an issue with your order, we are always happy to help make it right.
