Why Beeswax?

Glow with Confidence

Beeswax is one of the oldest candle materials known to man.

Long before petroleum-based paraffin and synthetic fragrance oils became common, beeswax candles were used in homes, churches, and community spaces for their steady flame and naturally warm glow.

The more we've researched, the more amazed we are by this naturally occuring wax.

Long-burning

Due to the high burn temperature of beeswax, you'll find beeswax candles burning hours longer than your average store bought candle.

True Beauty Guided by Intention

Beeswax produces a soft, golden light that feels warmer and gentler than bright overhead lighting. It helps you get away from the harsh artificial lights you're surrounded by in so many spaces.

Unlike paraffin candles, which are derived from petroleum, beeswax comes directly from honeybees. What you see is what it is.

No fillers.
No synthetic fragrance.
No paraffin.

Just wax — filtered and poured.

How Beeswax Is Made

Honeybees naturally produce beeswax to build and protect their hives.

The 'Golden' Light

Beeswax's natural golden tone comes from pollen and propolis within the hive — giving each batch subtle variation.

Beeswax also burns at a lower color temperature which helps it give off a warm, amber light which is truly unique, beautiful and calming.

For reference:

Overhead LED lighting = 3,000–5,000K

Daylight = ~5,500K

Candlelight = ~1,500K

That warm spectrum does some special things for us!

  • Signals the brain that it's evening
  • Supports melatonin production
  • Feels calming

Nature does not mass-produce identical tones.

So we won't try to either.
